PRICING – All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
METHOD OF PAYMENT – We appreciate CASH. 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit/debit cards payment. In your receipt, the convenience fee is labeled as "tax".
APPOINTMENT – For a serious appointment, you need to provide your credit or debit card. You won’t be charged when you book, and it’s not a deposit. To avoid any issues, we only accept appointments online. Please do not walk in, call, email, or text for appointments—all scheduling is done online.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE – To cancel or reschedule, you must call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If we can't answer, please leave a clear voicemail. If you don't show up, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, no matter the reason. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If you can't show up, please call us so we can offer your slot to someone else. If someone books your slot, you can avoid the no-show fee.
LATE ARRIVAL – If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be automatically charged 100% for the services booked. Please arrive 5 minutes early and check in at the CoCo Front Desk. If you arrive late, your service will be shortened. No matter how long the treatment actually takes, you will be billed for 100% of the services reserved.
GIFT CARDS – Gratuities are not included with gift cards. Gift cards cannot be refunded and cannot be combined with other discounts or specials, unless stated otherwise.
REFUNDS – Refunds cannot be given on any products or services. All items purchased are final and non-returnable.
SERVICE DENIAL – We may disable your ability to book your next appointment if you are late twice, miss an appointment once, or are rude.
CHARGEBACK – If you attempt a chargeback, you will be immediately blacklisted. We will publicly expose your name and photos on our website and social media, denouncing your actions as "theft" to nearby salons. Legal action will swiftly follow as we pursue every recourse available through Smith County court to rectify the damage done to our business.
GUARANTEE – We take pride in our nail enhancement services and offer a 3-day guarantee. If you experience a lost nail or lifting within the first 3 days after your service, we will repair it at no cost. This guarantee applies exclusively to clients who have received services from us, not from another salon or spa.
SKIN CONDITIONS – Please inform your manicurist if you have any skin conditions such as sunburn, rashes, or fungus.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL NEEDS – Before receiving our services, please let us know about any special needs or medical conditions you may have, such as diabetes, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. This information helps us customize your service to ensure your utmost satisfaction and benefits.
CHILDREN – We adore children and welcome them in the salon under certain conditions. Children should only be present if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. If you need to bring your children along, they must remain seated in the waiting area throughout your visit.
CELLULAR DEVICES – To maintain a serene and relaxing atmosphere, please silence your cell phones and limit phone calls during your visit.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS – We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or left behind personal property.
PETS – Pets are not allowed, except for certified support animals.
