Appointment Policy:
Reserved Appointments – Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure the reservation. Your card will not be charged when booking. All appointments must be scheduled online only to ensure fairness for all clients.
Cancellation / Rescheduling – Because your time is specially reserved, we require 48 hours notice by phone if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we cannot answer, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and appointment date/time. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival – Arriving 10 minutes late may require us to cancel the appointment and charge the full service fee, as it affects other reserved clients. Please arrive 5 minutes early and check in at the CoCo front desk.
