Please acknowledge this before booking:
Appointment – For a serious appointment, you need to provide your credit or debit card. You won’t be charged when you book, and it’s not a deposit. To avoid any issues, we only accept appointments online. Please do not walk in, call, email, or text for appointments—all scheduling is done online.
Cancellation / Reschedule – To cancel or reschedule, you must call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If we can't answer, please leave a clear voicemail. If you don't show up, you will be charged 100% of the service fee, no matter the reason.
Late Arrival – If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be automatically charged 100% for the services booked. Please arrive 5 minutes early and check in at the CoCo front desk.
